How fast will I get the code?
During «office hours» the codes are sent typically fairly quickly if your payment comes from a secure card (3DSecure / 3DS) and is verified.
The processing of the orders always requires human intervention, even for digital products, and as such will typically only occur during «office hours», usually between 09:00 and 21:00 GMT (as long as there's an operator present).
In what form will the code be sent?
The code is sent as a scan of the back of the original card or typed out in text.
I have paid my order but I still do not see my code in my email. Why?
This can happen for a number of reasons. The most common reason is our email to you is filtered out by your email server and labeled Spam or Junk. Check those folders to see if our email is there. Also there might have been a problem with your payment or the verification process, please allow us some time to sort things out and if you still haven't received the code please contact us.
I would like to buy a code but I'm not sure if it will work in my country.
If the code you want to buy has regional or language limitations those should be clearly listed on the "More Info" part of the product description.
I see that your prices fluctuate a bit, what's going on?
We have automatic updates of prices and stocks of digital products from our suppliers systems, therefore our prices and stocks of those products are automatically adjusted when the prices or stocks on our suppliers change.
